Many of our first time clients question about how the authentication process take place with us. Here are some inside look on our process before we pass an item to a client:
We have entrupy devices in 3 locations at the moment: US, Vietnam and Singapore. The entrupy scan devices allow us to zoom in clearly the detail: leather texture, hardware craftsmanship, engraving, stitchings. However, Entrupy does not guarantee 100% accuracy on the result, so relying on Entrupy alone doesn't keep us safe on this business journey. The do an extra step to make sure the details of scanned pictures match with authentic items in our database and Alyssa is the last person to approve every single detail of each item before passing to a client.For items outside of Singapore, Alyssa ensures the staffs follow the guidelines on scanning and phototaking for authentication process.Our representative in Vietnam and US are trained from 3 -5 years in the field. Please excuse us, authentication photos are for our internal use only, not for sharing. We currently deal with Chanel and Hermes only for better specialization.Below are 2 items we came across : 1 authentic and 1 counterfeit.
